Louisa Ha, Ph.D., Professor and Chair, Department of Telecommunications, Bowling Green State University. Her daughter is a student of the Chinese Center of Toledo. She came from Hong Kong and lives in Sylvania Township. Her expertise and interests are in media technologies and marketing communication. |

Chen, Jiquan, Ph.D. (陈吉泉)
At-large Director
Jiquan was born in Shanxi, China and has been a resident in the Toledo area since 2001. He was a faculty member at the Michigan Tech between 1993 and 2000 after his PhD in ecosystem analysis from University of Washington, Seattle. He also taught at Harvard University in 2000/2001. His wife (Xiang Jiang) has been a teacher for CCT since 2008, where his daughter (Erika) also attends. Currently, he is a professor of ecology at ecology at University of Toledo focusing on global climatic change. He served as the president for the Chinese Association of Greater Toledo (CAGT) between 2005 and 2008. |

Cheng, AnChung, Ph.D.( 郑安中)

Cheng, An Chung is associate professor of Spanish in the department of Foreign Languages at the University of Toledo, where she also serves as coordinator of Beginning and Intermediate Spanish Program and graduate adviser of Spanish. She is specialized in foreign language learning and foreign language teacher education, especially in Spanish and Chinese languages. She lives in Sylvania.

Onest, Olivia (欧阳越)

Olivia was born in Guangdong, China and has been a resident in the Toledo area for over 16 years. She was a graduate from the University of Toledo with a Master degree in Accounting. Both her two daughters are currently attending Chinese School. She is employed at HCR Manorcare in downtown Toledo, primarily responsible for financial analysis and cost efficiency for the company. She is also a CPA.

Peiyuan (Molly) Li
At-large Director
Peiyuan (Molly) Li is a surgery nurse at St Luke’s Hospital. Peiyuan was born in China where she spent the first 20 years of her life. She moved to Toledo about 21 years ago, and now has two wonderful boys Benjamin and Aaron. Both of her boys are students at the Chinese School. |

Minhua Wu, P.HD., is an associate professor focusing on international business and marketing at College of Business Administration and Economics in Yanshan University, Hebei Province China. She is now serving as an expatriate Assistant (Chinese) Director from Hanban at Confucius Institute, University of Toledo.

Meng Zhang, BA in information, was born in China where she spent the first 26 years of her life. She moved to Toledo about 18 years ago, and now has two beautiful girls. The younger girl is at the Chinese School. Meng has worked at 5/3 Bank and Toledo Chinese School for many years. |

Sowa, Liu Hua

Liu Hua Sowa is a graduate of the University of Toledo and the Beijing Foreign Studies University. She has a quarter-century of teaching experience, most of that in the U.S., where she has taught English at every level, from elementary to college. Liu Hua Sowa is currently a teacher of ESL (English as a Second Language) with Sylvania Schools. |

Ye Liang, BSc in Math Education, she has more than 10 years working experience with children in China and Singapore. She began her tenure as the school principal since July 2006. She came from China and lives in Sylvania. She also teaches Chinese in Notre Dame Academy. |

He is specialized in Agile Software Development, Object-oriented Analysis and Design, and Database Systems, Prior to teaching, he had nine years of industrial experience working as Consultant, Project Manager, and Director of Software Development. |
